* WHERE...Coastal waters from Fenwick Island DE to Chincoteague VA out 20 NM and Coastal waters from Chincoteague to Parramore Island VA out 20 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 AM to 10 AM EDT Sunday. For the Gale Watch, from Sunday morning through Sunday evening.
