* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 534 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Reports of road closures between Weaverville and north Asheville along I-26 and side roads. Rain rates should diminish over the next hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Downtown Asheville, East Asheville, West Asheville, North Asheville, Woodfin, Weaverville, Leicester, UNC-Asheville, B.R.
