* THUNDERSTORMS...Isolated, mostly dry thunderstorms may form over the higher terrain of northern Humboldt and Trinity counties through this afternoon.
* OUTFLOW WINDS...Storms could produce gusty and erratic outflow winds up to 40 mph.
* IMPACTS...Thunderstorms may ignite new fires with dry fuels and in difficult to access locations. Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
