* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Cropland and pastures along the river flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 19.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 25.0 feet just after midnight tonight.
