At 1240 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10 miles northeast of Evansville, which is 14 miles northeast of Casper, moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of east central Natrona County, including the following locations... Edness K Wilkins State Park, Fort Caspar Campground, Central Wyoming Fairgrounds, Casper Natural Gas Processing Plant, Casper Events Center, and Casper Mountain.
This includes Interstate 25 between mile markers 176 and 199.
