* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, south winds 20 to 30 kt and seas 6 to 11 ft. For the Gale Warning, south winds 35 to 45 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 18 to 23 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds 15 to 25 kt and seas 17 to 22 ft expected.
* WHERE...Cape Edgecumbe to Cape Spencer out to 15 NM and Cape Decision to Cape Edgecumbe from 15 to 80 NM.
* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 10 PM AKDT this evening. For the Gale Warning, until 7 PM AKDT Tuesday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 7 PM Tuesday to 4 PM AKDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
