At 344 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of showers and thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These showers and thunderstorms were centered about 48 nm east of Vilano Beach, or 49 nm northeast of Saint Augustine, moving north at 10 knots.
