Travel could be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong, gusty southerly winds will increase across Adak and Atka, late Wednesday afternoon, with the strongest winds in Adak expected Wednesday evening. Wind gusts at Atka will be up to 70 mph. Winds will diminish early Thursday morning, as the winds shift westerly.
