* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Maricopa County in south central Arizona...

* WHEN...Until 1045 PM MST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 751 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Sols Wash, Flying E Wash, Mill Wash, Hartman Wash, Star Wash, Red Cloud Wash, Cemetery Wash, Hassayampa River, Martinez Wash and Jimmie Wash. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
