* WHERE...Green Bay North of line from Cedar River MI to Rock Island Passage.
* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, from 1 PM to 10 PM EST Thursday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM Thursday to 7 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
