* WHERE...A portion of east central Kentucky, including the following areas, Anderson, Bourbon, Clark KY, Fayette, Franklin, Garrard, Harrison KY, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Nicholas, Scott KY and Woodford.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
