* WHERE...Coastal waters from NC VA border to Currituck Beach Light NC out 20 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 4 PM this afternoon to midnight EDT tonight. For the Gale Warning, from midnight tonight to noon EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
