Flash Flood Warning

At 608 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated runoff from thunderstorms previously over the area, that fell over wet soils, will continue to result in flash flooding. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

East Greenbush, Nassau, Castleton-On-Hudson, Coeymans, East Nassau, Braeside, East Schodack, Schodack Center, North Schodack, Van Hoesen Station, South Schodack, Jacks Corners, Millers Corners, Brookview, North Nassau, Muitzes Kill, Hoag Corners, Brainard, Schodack Landing and Roah Hook.
