At 608 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated runoff from thunderstorms previously over the area, that fell over wet soils, will continue to result in flash flooding. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
