* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 245 AM EDT, Flooding is ongoing due to heavy rain from earlier thunderstorms. River gauges indicate minor flooding is occurring on Sand Run and moderate flooding is occurring on Middle Fork Tygart Valley River near Ellamore. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
