Locations impacted include... Charleston, Ripley, Spencer, Sissonville, Clendenin, Pinch, Coal Fork, Elkview, Big Otter, Kenna, Wallback, Amma, Glen, Nebo, Statts Mills, Given, Procious, Kentuck, Liberty, and Left Hand.
