For the following areas... Coastal waters from Baffin Bay to Port Aransas out 20 NM... Coastal waters from Port Aransas to Matagorda Ship Channel out 20 NM... Copano, Aransas, and Redfish Bays... Corpus Christi and Nueces Bays...

At 924 AM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 21 nm southeast of Rockport to 18 nm east of Ingleside On The Bay to 7 nm east of Port Aransas, moving east at 20 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets.

Locations impacted include... Port Aransas and Rockport.
