* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 20.4 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
