At 546 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms have diminished across much of the warned area at this time. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. More thunderstorms are expected to move back into the warned area this morning with additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Monmouth, Oquawka, Mediapolis, Kirkwood, Little York, Biggsville, Gladstone, Rozetta, Lake Warren, Kossuth, Greenbush, Coldbrook, Bald Bluff, Berwick, Smithshire, Delabar State Park, Eleanor, Ponemah, Big River State Forest and Monmouth Municipal Airport.
This includes the following State Parks... Delabar State Park and Henderson County Conservation Area.
