* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and waves 1 to 2 ft expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, south winds 10 to 20 kt with occasional gusts up to 35 kt, shifting southwest with gusts to 30 kt Tuesday night. Waves 1 to 3 ft expected. For the Gale Watch, west winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and waves 5 to 8 ft possible.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 11 PM EDT this evening. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 8 AM Tuesday to 10 AM EDT Wednesday. For the Gale Watch, from Wednesday morning through late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
