* WHERE...Parts of far southeast Missouri, far southern Illinois, and most of western Kentucky.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Training thunderstorms producing heavy rainfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour will continue to bring areas of flash flooding to the Flood Watch. Some of the flooding could be significant.
