At 323 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain has ended over the Seligman area. However, flooding remains a threat from earlier thunderstorms producing heavy rain. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Any additional rainfall amounts will be light. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
