* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, southeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt and seas 9 to 13 ft. For the Gale Warning, east winds 35 to 45 kt with gusts up to 55 kt and seas 17 to 22 ft expected.
* WHERE...Cape Spencer to Cape Fairweather out to 15 NM and Cape Fairweather to Icy Cape from 15 to 80 NM.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until noon AKST Thursday. For the Gale Warning, from noon Thursday to 3 AM AKST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
