* WHAT...Southeast winds 25 to 35 mph.
* WHERE...Guam and Rota.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM ChST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Damaging winds are no longer expected as Super Typhoon Champi (29W) continues to move away from the region. However, strong to near-gale southeasterlies will continue through tonight.
