* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Moderate to strong southeasterlies with fresh gusts are expected through tonight as Super Typhoon Champi (29W) continues to move away from the Marianas.
