At 334 PM EST, National Weather Service meteorologists were tracking a strong thunderstorm 9 miles northwest of Big Cypress Seminole Reservation, or 17 miles south of Montura. This storm was nearly stationary.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 45 to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern Hendry County.
