* WHAT...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 9 to 11 ft at 9 seconds. For the Small Craft Advisory, steep seas 7 to 9 ft at 9 seconds expected.
* WHERE...All of the area, but warning level seas, especially north of Brookings early this morning, gradually becoming small craft advisory all areas.
* WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 5 AM PDT early this morning. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 5 AM early this morning to 2 PM PDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially treacherous.
