.Heavy to extreme rainfall over east-central Indiana since last week has led to minor flooding on the East Fork White River in Jackson County down to Rivervale. Flooding will end at Seymour midday Wednesday...with the crest reaching Rivervale by Thursday afternoon.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...East Fork White River at Seymour.

* WHEN...Until early Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Lowland agricultural flooding in progress. County Road 725 N near Rockford floods. Indiana 258 east of Cortland may flood. On December 8 2014 about an inch of water flowed over Reddington Street near the East Fork White River Bridge as the river crested.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:45 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 14.7 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 5:45 PM EDT Tuesday was 16.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon and continue falling and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
