* WHERE...A portion of southwest Arkansas, including the following counties, Clark and Dallas.
* WHEN...Until 100 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Excessive rainfall from early Thursday morning has led to flooding of local rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. It may take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban and rural areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 902 AM CDT, emergency management had reported instances of flooding in the warned area.
