* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Hurricane Isaias will remain well east of our region. However, fringe effects in the form of hazardous seas, gusty Gulf winds, rip currents, and above normal coastal water levels are likely along the Upper Texas Coast. Conditions are expected to worsen tonight into Friday.
