* WHAT...Minor coastal flooding due to morning high tides 6.5 to 7 feet in combination with surf 3-6 feet.
* WHERE...San Diego County Coastal Areas and Orange County Coastal Areas.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM PDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads during morning high tides with only isolated road closures expected.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest high tides will occur between 10 AM and 11 AM today and Tuesday.
