* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1004 PM EDT, Continuing light to moderate rain may cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen over the last 6 hours. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain could result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
