* AFFECTED AREA...In Washington, Fire Weather Zone 636 Western Columbia River Gorge in Oregon and Washington.
* WINDS...East 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 38 mph. Winds will be strongest this morning through the early afternoon, and again tonight through early Wednesday afternoon.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15-20 percent. Relative humidity values will be lowest this afternoon and Wednesday afternoon. Poor overnight humidity recoveries are expected with maximum relative humidity values ranging between 35-45%.
* IMPACTS...Conditions may be favorable for rapid fire spread which may threaten life and property. Use extra caution with potential ignition sources, especially in grassy areas. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
