* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 210 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to a near stationary thunderstorm along the Guadalupe and Quay County border. This will cause arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 1.75 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
