* WHERE...James River from JRB to HRBT, Including the Elizabeth River.
* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EDT Saturday. For the Gale Warning, from 10 AM Saturday to 7 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
