.Major flooding continues on the White River. As of Saturday evening the river was cresting from Nora through 38th Street in Indianapolis. The crest is expected to reach Raymond Street yet this evening, but not arrive downriver to Centerton until Monday.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...White River at Indianapolis.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.5 feet, Flooding of residential areas near I-465 on the south side occurs, including Hoosier Acres and High Acre Manor. Flooding begins to affect south side wastewater plant.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:45 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 20.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 6:45 PM EDT Saturday was 20.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.2 feet this evening.
