.Major flooding continues on the White River. As of Saturday evening the river was cresting from Nora through 38th Street in Indianapolis. The crest is expected to reach Raymond Street yet this evening, but not arrive downriver to Centerton until Monday.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...White River at Muncie.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Riverview and McCulloch Parks, including park roads, begin to flood. Backyards of houses in Yorktown along Buck Creek begin to flood. Backyards of houses and outbuildings along White River in Muncie begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:30 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 10.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 6:30 PM EDT Saturday was 10.8 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 10.1 feet this evening. It will then fall early tomorrow afternoon. It will rise to 9.9 feet Monday morning.
