IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.

Locations impacted include... Cuckold Creek, Greenwell State Park, Town Creek, Saint Leonard Creek, Drum Point, Calvert Cliffs, and Solomons Island.
