Through 10:30 PM, a sloppy cluster of showers with embedded stronger thunderstorms will continue to track to the west at near 15 knots across the southeastern Gulf waters, and western portions of the nearshore waters adjacent to the Lower Keys. THe most robust activity is located between New Ground Rocks Light, Northwest Channel Buoy 1, up to P Tower and S Tower. These stronger thunderstorms will be capable of producing gusty and erratic winds near 35 knots, locally confused seas, blinding downpours, and frequent lightning strikes.
