* WHERE...Portions of Alabama, including the following areas, Baldwin Central, Baldwin Coastal, Baldwin Inland, Covington, Escambia, Mobile Central, Mobile Coastal and Mobile Inland and northwest Florida, including the following areas, Escambia Coastal, Escambia Inland, Okaloosa Inland, Santa Rosa Coastal and Santa Rosa Inland.
* WHEN...From Friday afternoon through Saturday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
