* WHAT...Minor flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Breathitt, Knott and Perry.

* WHEN...Until 915 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 751 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Minor flooding impacts continue, but no additional rainfall is imminent. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Noble, Ary, Buck, Rowdy, Talcum, Bearville and Fisty.
