* WHERE...In Oregon, Tualatin Valley, Central Oregon Coast Range, and Central Oregon Coast Range Lowlands. In Washington, Cowlitz County Lowlands, North Clark County Lowlands, South Washington Cascade Foothills, and Willapa Hills.

Take steps now to protect tender outdoor plants from the cold.
