* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1109 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicted an area of heavy rainfall produced between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain over a 2 hour period. Additional areas of moderate rainfall will continue into the early morning hours. This may cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
