At 321 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles southeast of Jemez Springs, or 24 miles southwest of Los Alamos, moving southeast at 5 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Hail may accumulate on roadways causing hazardous travel.
