* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, park and recreational areas experience minor flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 18.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 23.0 feet tomorrow morning.
