* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northern New York, including the following counties, Essex and Vermont, including the following counties, Addison, Rutland, Windsor, and Orange.
* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Up to 2 inches or rainfall have already fallen Tuesday through Wednesday morning in portions of Vermont. An additional 1-3 inches of rain is expected through Thursday morning in south central Vermont along with the eastern slopes of the Adirondacks in Essex County NY.
