Guadalupe River At Victoria affecting Victoria County.
For the Guadalupe River...including Victoria, Bloomington...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Guadalupe River at Victoria.
* WHEN...From Wednesday evening until further notice.
* IMPACTS...Impact...At 27.5 feet, Water backs into the golf course next to the Optimist Club and the duck pond. Water is also flowing between the gate at Grover's Bend and McCright Drive. The water is also back up in the ditch along Memorial Drive in front of the volleyball courts and special events area.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 AM CDT Monday the stage was 5.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 11.1 feet late tomorrow evening. It will then fall to 11.0 feet and begin rising again early Wednesday morning. It will rise above flood stage Wednesday evening to 27.4 feet early Friday morning. It will then fall again but remain above flood stage. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 27.4 feet on 10/07/2009. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
