The Flood Advisory will expire at 1 AM EDT early this morning for portions of east central and southeast Kentucky, including the following areas, in east central Kentucky, Menifee and Powell. In southeast Kentucky, Magoffin, Morgan and Wolfe.
Flooding is no longer expected to pose an imminent threat. Flood waters are likely receding. Please continue to heed any remaining road closures though.
