* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 931 AM CDT, a large area of light to moderate rain continued across a large portion of Sutton and Schleicher counties. This rain is falling on top of the heavy rain that fell during the overnight hours. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to continue. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Low water crossings, city streets, and other poor drainage areas will continue to flooded and impassable in some locations. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
