* WHERE...Areas from 5 nm to 10 nm from Charleston south and within 5 nm near Cape Blanco. All areas beyond 10 nm from shore from Reedsport south.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and/or steep seas could capsize or damage smaller vessels.
