At 532 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Gold Hill, or near Dillwyn, moving south at 10 mph. A storm spotter in Gold hill reported strong winds and pea hail along with frequent cloud to ground lightning.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
